Listen to the bird call that draws us to Silence

where hearts can heal. 

Wrap our arms around gnarled trunks, stand still - feel.

Hear the whispers on the wind:

unseen ones speaking wisdom in wordless tongues.

And find Love and grace in the place where hazelnuts rest. 

In this playground, let’s get muddy hands and soaking feet; 

warm our faces, inhale - slow and deep.  

Here we can dance our truth and find release; 

tenderly hold wounded parts and gently touch our griefs.

Now is the time to awaken your inner child
